Planned, executed and reported on a one-year acquisition anniversary celebration and two ribbon-cutting ceremonies for new facilities. Worked with legal counsel and IT to research and write an engagement policy for all employees managing social media channels. Designed mandatory employee training for 2018 social media policy update.

Lead development of social media campaigns for an audience of 5,000. Increase followings by 600 (Twitter), 400 (Instagram) and 300 (Facebook). Design 50 graphics for web, social media and print. Write 10 news releases for Syracuse University news site.

Managed Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for an audience of 25,500. Increased followings by 100 (Twitter), 300 (Instagram) and 500 (Facebook). Wrote five press releases for a media list of 400, received media coverage. Controlled website updates through Drupal. Produced 20 marketing emails for 6,000 readers.
