Communications Leadership Development Program Associate
In my first of two year-long rotations, I worked on the external digital communications team at Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control business. I supported the Advanced Programs, Sensors and Global Sustainment and Talent Acquisition lines of business in advancing digital-first storytelling and making data-driven content decisions. MORFIUS™ Counter-drone Technology
In support of an ongoing contract capture effort, I developed an integrated campaign to highlight key capabilities and combat readiness of Lockheed Martin's MORFIUS counter-drone solution, distinguishing its high-power microwave technology from competitors. I wrote a LockheedMartin.com feature story which was pitched to media ahead of a press briefing at the Association of the U.S. Army Global Force Conference, executed a social media plan during the trade show and also ran a paid advertising campaign targeted to customers in the Armed Forces. The content earned several trade media articles and surpassed social media benchmarks set for impressions, engagements and clicks.

I developed, produced and executed this video campaign, which generated awareness of Lockheed Martin’s culture by sharing first-person, conversational, on-the-ground content. The goal was to attract early- and mid-career talent by humanizing our company brand, highlighting unique careers and capturing a holistic view of the employee experience beyond the workday hours. I was responsible for managing the project from planning to production, editing and evaluation. I also led an enterprise-wide editorial calendar, interfacing with other business areas to lead episode production.

Tactical Airborne Laser Weapon Systems
In support of the Air Force Association Virtual Air, Space & Cyber Conference, I produced social media content to drive digital conversation around laser weapon systems, using paid ads on Twitter and LinkedIn to target key audiences including customers and media. The posts were the highest performing company-wide of the month, and they earned several news articles and engagements from defense industry influencers.
GridStar® Flow Clean Energy Technology
I led communications for the milestone announcement of the first commercial variant of GridStar Flow, Lockheed Martin’s long-duration energy storage technology. I wrote a feature story highlighting the significance of the technology, pitched it to media and earned coverage in trade publications. I also produced an animated explainer video for social media channels and led social content creation.
